Module examination in European and Global Legal History

The module examination in European and Global Legal History is a written examination lasting 120 minutes.
- It covers the development of European legal and constitutional systems, the emergence of jurisprudence, and the international, transnational, and global dimensions of modern law.
- The exam contains the discussion of two legal sources (based on given questions) and three or four additional open-ended questions.
- Attendance at both the lecture course and a practical exercise is highly recommended.
