Examination registration and deregistration

• Exam registration
  Examination registration takes place via the central registration system u:space (https://uspace.univie.ac.at). After positive verification of the registration requirements by the SSC, you will change to the status "registered" (info mail from the system) and can then view your individual examination date in u:space. The SSC will provide you with further information on your allocated examination date!
  
  
• Examination deregistration
  Cancellations are possible up to two working days before the start of the examination week with your u:account via u:space. After that, it is still possible to deregister by e-mail at the relevant secretary's office of the institute until one working day (at the latest until 23:59) before the oral examination. Please only use your u:account for this purpose, e-mails from other e-mail addresses may not be accepted! Address your mail to the responsible secretaries of the examiners: Wolfframm for Foljanty, Pani for Olechowski and Reiter-Zatloukal and for Schneider und Pauser, Schnalzer for Vec, Selle for Kohl. Please state in your mail not only your name and matriculation number, but also the date and time of the examination you have been assigned. You will then receive a short confirmation of your deregistration as soon as possible. However, the corresponding entry in u:space is only made by the SSC after the examination date has been completed; members of the institute are not allowed to deregister from u:space for module examinations!
