Dr. Fiammetta Bonfigli spent March 2024 at the Faculty of Law of Universidad Alberto Hurtado in Santiago de Chile in the context of a sponsored research agreement. The main purpose of her stay was further field research on the constitutional process in Chile for her research project “Transitional Justice, Constitutionalism and Globalisation: A Study on the Chilean Case from a Comparative Perspective”.
